Continuing training can be fully paid for by the employer. An agreement can be drawn up according to the duration and costs involved, in consultation with the line manager and human resources, to guarantee the long-term value of the training within the company.

Application
All applications are made online, via jobup.ch or our website. A CV and copies of certificates and diplomas are required to apply.
File review
HR and the manager analyze the applications received. An initial telephone interview is organized if the profile is compatible.
Individual interviews
The first interview is with the recruiter and the line manager. It's an opportunity to find out more about each other's jobs and profiles.
Psychometric test
An external personality test (INSIGHTS MDI®) helps to better understand the candidate's behavioral style and motivations.
Contract proposal
If you are selected, an offer will be sent to you shortly with the proposed conditions and next steps.
Team integration
We offer you a personalized induction program, including a tour of the departments, a summary of the specifications and an agenda for the first few days after taking up your new position.
Your arrival is accompanied by your manager and HR.
