I'd like to have some work done on my property. Who do I contact?
Prior to any intervention, a request for authorization must be sent to the Swiss Federal Pipelines Inspectorate (IFP) via the dedicated form : eri-ifp.ch/authorizations

I would like information about a gas pipe on my property.

I smell gas near a pipeline. What should I do about it?
Call the Gaznat emergency number immediately: 0800 807 707 (24 hours a day, 7 days a week). You'll find this number on the pipeline markers.
I've noticed that an orange beacon indicating a gas pipeline is damaged.

How are gas prices calculated?
It includes supply costs, infrastructure costs (storage, transport, distribution) and various taxes. The price varies according to the balance between supply and demand, weather conditions, exchange rates and the geopolitical situation.
Where can I find CNG stations in Switzerland?
The website cng-mobility.ch website lists stations according to your location.
My gas stove has broken down. What should I do?
Contact your local gas supplier (indicated on your bill), responsible for household equipment and retail distribution.
