When GAZNAT SA processes your personal data, you have the rights set out below. Before responding to your request, we may ask you to provide proof of your identity for security purposes. We may also ask you for sufficient information about your interactions with us to enable us to identify your personal data.
Your personal data rights
Right of access:
You can ask us at any time whether your personal data is being processed. If this is the case, we can provide you with details of the nature and use of this data.
Right of rectification:
If you feel that your information is inaccurate or incomplete, you can ask us to correct or update it.
Right to erasure:
You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data, in particular if you withdraw your consent or if the data is no longer required for the original purposes for which it was collected, subject to our legal retention obligations.
Right to restrict processing:
You can ask us to temporarily restrict the use of your data, in particular if you dispute its accuracy or if you would like its use to be suspended rather than deleted.
Right to portability:
In certain situations, you may ask to receive the personal data you have provided us with in a usable electronic form, or to have it transferred directly to another organization, if this is technically feasible.
Automated decision and profiling:
You can object to decisions about you being made solely on the basis of automated processing, including profiling, if these decisions have a legal or significant impact on you.
Opposition to marketing and profiling:
You have the right to oppose the use of your data for commercial prospecting purposes, including any form of profiling aimed at personalizing these marketing actions. If you exercise this right, we may retain a minimum amount of information to ensure that your wishes are respected.
Opting out of Active Sourcing:
You can opt out of the use of your personal data for proactive recruitment initiatives (Active Sourcing), such as searching for profiles on professional networks or job platforms. Again, some basic information may be retained to ensure that you are not solicited.
