Back Office Specialist / Energy Data

Your role

You will be responsible for ensuring the operation and development of our supervision (SCADA) and energy data management (EDM) tools. Within the Dispatching & Transport Department, you will be at the heart of Gaznat's mission: to ensure a secure and sustainable supply.

Your daily life will be punctuated by several key missions:

  • Supervise and manage data exchange systems for billing and customer tracking flows.
  • Verify and validate the relevance of the data collected and perform analyses and reports on behalf of the department.
  • Participate in the development of our business tools specific to our field of activity: SCADA, simulation, EDM, and data processing.
  • Contribute to the development of various statistics that are essential to the planning of our clients and partners.

Coordinate actions to be taken with our internal and external contacts (colleagues, customers, and partners) with a view to optimization.

Your profile

What we are looking for (and why):

  • Proven experience in a technical field (IT, automation, telematics, etc.) to master an industrial and technical environment.
  • Adegree (ES or HES) in one of the above-mentioned fieldsand a desire to learn and update your skills.
  • Proficiency in IT tools (Microsoft Office)and business tools(EDM, SCADA, and advanced languages) in order to monitor data processing and contribute to the development of our tools.
  • Good spoken English or German skills, to answer calls and emails.
  • Excellent analytical skills and a good understanding of numbers, to verify the relevance of data and correct it if necessary.
  • Interpersonal skills and tact, in order to collaborate effectively with colleagues and external partners.
  • A driver's license, as our site is located in the industrial zone of Aigle, with little public transport.
