Application

You can find out about our current vacancies on the careers page of our website, or on our Linkedin page, or on our employer profile on jobup.ch. Applications for existing vacancies are made online, via the jobup.ch platform.

For unsolicited applications, you can submit your application via our website. Ideally, applications should include a CV and copies of training certificates and diplomas.

02

Review of applications

Our HR team analyzes the applications received, and matches them with the job profile. If the application is accepted, the HR team contacts the candidate by telephone, to establish an initial approach and set up a first interview.

03

Individual interviews

The first interview is conducted jointly with the person in charge of recruitment, and the line manager. The aim of this first interview is to find out about the candidate's background, his or her motivations for joining the company, and to gain a better understanding of his or her personality and expectations. This meeting also provides an opportunity to explain the context, present the various tasks of the position, and answer any questions that may arise.

04

Psychometric test

To assess the candidate's soft skills, a personality test is carried out by an external firm. The "INSIGHTS MDI®" test enables you to recognize your own behavioral style and that of others, in order to improve your ability to adapt in a professional environment. The analysis of potential is carried out from a holistic point of view: behaviors, values and motivations, as well as skills and aptitudes, are put into a common context.

05

Contractual terms and conditions

Following this process, if your profile is selected, you will be contacted within 2 to 15 days by our HR team. We will submit a contract proposal to you, setting out the terms and conditions of your new position.

06

Integration into your new team

We look forward to welcoming you to Gaznat SA!
Your line manager will welcome you, and you'll be shown to your workstation. You'll be introduced to colleagues from the various departments on the site during a friendly get-together.
