Gaznat Risk Management & Monitoring

For more than a decade, Gaznat has been implementing a global risk management policy covering all its areas of activity. In 2020, overall hazards have been revised comprehensively and a new portfolio containing 18 risks classified in four categories has been set up:

• Economic Risk (4)
• Operational Risk (8)
• Regulatory Risk (4)
• Strategic Risk (2)

Each risk has been reassessed and 12 of them are monitored in priority.

The purpose of this reappraisal was to simplify the system, reduce the complexity of the risk matrix and decrease the number of hazards per group.

Each year, overall risks are discussed and modified as a result of possible changes.
