Gaznat increases its shares in Swiss Energy Trading

On 17 December 2019, SET's capital was transferred to the three regional gas companies of Switzerland: Erdgas Zentralschweiz AG (EGZ), Gasverbund Mittelland AG (GVM) and Gaznat SA. 

Gaznat thus becomes SET's main shareholder, alongside GVM.
