Project: underground caverns for natural gas storage - First results of the exploration drillings in Upper-Valais

The first results of the exploratory drilling carried out by Gaznat near Oberwald (VS) to determine the possibility of building a seasonal gas storage facility in rock caverns do not call into question the continuation of the project. The criteria of the rock mass sounded seem adequate to start a technical-commercial analysis which will allow, among other things, to determine how this project can fit into the energy strategy and the security of supply of Switzerland.
