Appointment of the new Head of Networks activities at Gaznat SA

The Board of Directors has appointed Yann Benoit as the new Head of Networks activities of Gaznat SA. He will start his new position on December 1, 2024, succeeding Gilles Verdan, who will become the company's General Manager.
